Just before New Year a new post about my preparations. Only 12 days to go and my journey finally start! The first 3 months of my trip, I will visit Vancouver and the West Coast of the USA. One of my goals is to take a look at interesting companies. Therefore I made a lot of calls and send e-mails to get in contact with creative and successful people who work at these companies in Vancouver.
My period in Vancouver will be approximately 2 weeks and I arranged 4 appointments. I am really excited to see these companies and grateful that these inspiring marketers and entrepreneurs welcome me. Hereby some information about my first appointments:

She oversees the Vancouver Canucks brand strategy and how it comes to life in marketing, the in-arena experience, broadcast and online platforms. Prior to working with the Canucks, Gardiner was the Vice President of Brand and Creative Services at the Vancouver Organizing Committee for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games (VANOC).

Information
They work for Invoke, which is a digital agency specializing in social media, web and mobile products, solutions and services. At the same time they are creating own products. A good example is Hootsuite which is a social media system for brand management.
